I didn’t receive a report — what can I do?

In rare cases, a NameScore Report may not appear immediately after you enter your name. Often, simply refreshing the page or restarting the analysis after a few minutes helps.

The website won’t load / isn’t working properly — what could be the reason?

If the NameScore website doesn’t load or certain features don’t display correctly, there can be various causes. In rare cases, there may be short-term server issues, which we resolve as quickly as possible. Please try again later or test a different browser.
